Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any orders.
However, you may request an exchange for the same product, in the same size and colour, only in case of a manufacturing defect.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team within the specified time frame, along with relevant images or proof of defect.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted only if requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
Beyond this period, we begin processing your item and will not be able to cancel it.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any cancellation requests at our discretion.
Refunds will not be issued for cancelled orders; however, store credit may be provided, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
