Exchange & Return Policy
At Niketika, every product is made to order with the utmost attention to detail, craftsmanship, and quality. As each piece is specially created for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
In the rare event that you receive a defective item, please email us at info@niketika.com within 3 days of delivery, along with supporting images and your order details. Our team will review the case and assist you with the next steps.
At NIKETIKA, each piece is thoughtfully crafted only after you place your order. Because of this made-to-order process, our return policy is slightly different from mass-produced brands.
1. Made-to-Order Policy
All our garments are made specially for you after your order is confirmed.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
•Change of mind
•Size issues due to incorrect size selection
•Color variations due to screen display differences
•Minor thread variations or hand-finish differences (these are natural in handcrafted pieces)
We encourage customers to carefully check:

•Product details
•Fabric information
before placing an order.
2. Exchanges
We may offer a one-time size exchange under the following conditions:
•Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
•Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
•Tags and original packaging must be intact
•Customer bears shipping cost both ways
Exchange is subject to fabric availability.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item
We take quality seriously. If you receive:
•A damaged item
•A manufacturing defect
•The wrong product

•Clear photos & unboxing video (if possible)
After verification, we will offer:

4. Refunds (Only in Special Cases)
Refunds are only processed if:

•Your order is cancelled by NIKETIKA before production

Since production begins quickly:
•Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
